We offer a 15-day return and refund policy, meaning you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or raise an issue.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Mandatory Video Proof for Claims
This is a mandatory requirement for all returns:
You must record an unboxing video immediately upon receiving the parcel. This video serves as proof in case you receive a damaged, broken, defective, or incorrect item (wrong color/model).
Claims without unboxing video proof will be difficult to process for a refund or return. We reserve the right to decline a return request if the mandatory video proof is not provided.
Damages and Issues (15-Day Limit)
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, within the 15-day return window, if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and take steps to correct it.
If you notify us after 15 days, processing the return or refund will be difficult.
How to Start a Return.

Non-Returnable Items.

The fastest way to ensure you get the desired item is to return the item you have. Once that return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds Process.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item. We will then let you know if the refund request was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
